20 Gauge Shotgun training ammo - this auction is for a total of 4 shotgun snap caps.
These dummy shotgun cartridges, contain no powder, or primers, but they will chamber, look and feel just like they should.  They are weighed with lead, but cannot fire, nor can they ever be made to fire.
These snap caps are intended to be used as a training or practice aid for loading, cycling, and unloading your 20 gauge shotgun.  These 20 gauge snap caps are a 2 3/4 inch long cartridge, for shotguns with 2 3/4 or 3 inch chambers, they will work in both.
These are new commercial Ballistic Products or Fiocchi hulls that have been sized, filled with fiber and lead, and had the primer pocket plugged. You can visually tell they are inert, as the top of the hull, and the primer pocket are plugged with a orange poly.
Just so everyone's aware, I received feedback that these are lighter than a standard 20 Gauge load.  These snap caps will be slightly lighter!  A standard 20 Gauge 3/4 oz target load will weigh about 1.1 ounce per shell, these snap caps will weigh around 1 ounce.  Poly and Fiber weigh less than powder and primers, and as of 2/20/2021, these snap caps may contain a 3/4 ounce lead slug instead of lead shot.  Just in case someone breaks 1, you won't have lead shot on the floor!  This has happened.
Update 4/12/21 - Shotgun components are getting hard to find so the brand of hulls may vary between Fiocchi or Ballistic Products based on what's available.  All are new hulls.
