The wheel is manufactured by Bassett and is a 13" X 7.00" steel wheel with a 4/4.5 lug pattern. This is a brand new wheel, never mounted, but there is some scuffing along the outside edges from being stored and moved around over the years (see photos). Because of the scuffing it is being listed as "New Other". No other damage or issues.

The wheel is manufactured by Bassett and is a 13" X 7.00" steel wheel with a 4/4.5 lug pattern.
