These are magic LED glasses.  They have numerous preset patterns which can be cycled by clicking the button on the top of the frame.  You can also use the Magic Glasses App which can be downloaded from the Google Play Store.  Works with both Android or iPhone.

There are many premade designs that you can choose from.  Using the Graffiti feature you can make a custom design/graphic to display on the screen.

With the Rhythm feature your glasses will react to sound and pulse to the sounds in the room or from music played on your phone.
