25.4mm clamp diameter for use with a 22.2mm (7/8") seat post.
Packaging shows age, storage marks and dust from being handled all this years.
Brand new and in very good condition
but that does't mean that it's in perfect condition, remember that it has been in storage/around for more than 30 years.
