*This pipe cutter has noticeable wear from previous use. There are numerous deep scratches and scuffs on the body of the tool. The tool has heavy finish wear with noticeable corrosion on all portions of the tool. The cutting teeth have several nicks and chips. Teeth need to be sharpened. The tool and case need heavy, detailed cleaning. The carry case has some scratches and scuffs from use. Please see all photos.
