Absolutely wonderful cotton butter yellow victorian blouse.
Wide pleated front with
appliqués.
Hook and eye front closure.
Sweet Peter pan collar circled with very fine
offwhite lace.
Slightly puffed sleeves with cuffed wrists.
Around waist short peplum to tuck in skirt ,
after being hooked on the hook and eye attachments.
